Anglotan Ltd provides an excellent property clearance service in London and Sheffield. We clear residential properties as well as commercial properties including offices, shops, warehouses, etc. Our service can be total clearance like in the case of eminent building improvement or demolition. It can also be partial like in the case of relocation or where reduction of property contents is required.

Our clearance service also includes removal of all rubbish from the property concerned. We are a registered waste carrier with Environment Agency registration number: YRI/449123 issued by the Environment Agency North East Region - Ridings NEW. All removed rubbish is disposed at licensed waste transfer and recycling centres, and accompanied by duty of care: waste transfer notes as required by the Environment Agency.

Our Terms
